With a previous life in engineering, consulting and financial services, I am a lifelong learner driven by a profound curiosity about the world.
I grew up in South Africa, and after studying electronic engineering and IT, I entered the corporate world as a consultant and later moved into banking. My passion for innovation and learning led me to a wide variety of opportunities in my career: I have started new business units; designed, developed and launched new products; lead large, established teams and began start-ups. Before moving to the USA, I was a divisional CEO at First National Bank in South Africa.
I have also had the privilege of working in 8 African countries, India, China and USA.
Over the years in the corporate world, I gained a passion for leadership and understanding what unlocks human potential.
My team members are very important to me. I believe leadership is a big responsibility, and developing good leaders is a critical factor of business success. Strong leadership results in effective teams, more sales, happier clients and a more successful organisation.
It is my vision to create better leaders. We need better leaders in business, at home and in our communities.
I have been studying personal transformation and success for many years, and have learnt from the best in the field.
The principles taught have been developed from 75 years of research into the science and mechanics of professional and personal success.
